- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product design and development.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and material selection.
- Hands-on experience with automation, robotics, or engine test rigs.
- Proficiency in CAD and PLM systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Skills
- Experience in automotive or industrial equipment design.
- Familiarity with leak testing, safety systems, and reliability metrics.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, casting, sheet metal, plastics).
- Ability to synthesize technical and business requirements for proposals.
