About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust enterprise applications while ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
The candidate should possess strong expertise in Core Java/J2EE technologies, problem-solving skills, and the ability to contribute throughout the software development lifecycle. Candidates with prior experience in the Healthcare domain will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code
- Ensure application designs comply with technical and business specifications
- Perform application customization and bug fixing as per client requirements
- Develop and integrate web services and secure service-based architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver business solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Optimize application performance and ensure reliability
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java / J2EE
- Expertise in Servlets and JSP
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Experience with Multithreading
- Knowledge of Web Services
- Understanding of WSO2 and integration architecture
- Familiarity with secure application development practices
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Healthcare domain
- Exposure to enterprise-level application development
