Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling and capable of transforming raw footage into engaging, high-quality content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand communications. You will work closely with the creative team to produce videos that align with the company's brand identity and objectives.
Salary
A 3-month probation period is to be served, which will entail a stipend. After the probation period, a salary will be given.
- Stipend during 3-month probation: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000
- Salary after probation: ₹35,000 (based on performance and mutual negotiation)
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and corporate presentations.
- Create engaging reels, short-form videos, promotional films, and product showcases.
- Add transitions, text overlays, sound effects, and music to enhance video quality.
- Perform basic color correction, audio enhancement, and final rendering for professional output.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and design teams to understand project objectives and deliver content on time.
- Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and editing workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, tools, and social media content formats.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and audio editing.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
