Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, references, site visits, and client meetings.
- Develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team for proposals and presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain CRM data and client follow-ups.
- Coordinate project handover with execution teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of interior materials, modular furniture, fit-outs, and design processes.
- Client relationship management.
- Sales and target-oriented mindset.
- Presentation and proposal preparation skills.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
