Native Touch is building a multi-format millet-led food platform:
- GoMill – Everyday Millet QSR
- ProMill – Protein + Millets
- Stories by Native Touch – Premium Café
- Millet Plaza – Large Format Dining
The unit economics are strong.
The FOCO model is structured.
The vision is long-term.
Now we need a growth partner in execution.

What You Will Actually Do
- Design and execute our national FOCO expansion blueprint
- Build a serious franchise acquisition funnel
- Close high-quality partners — not just anyone with capital
- Identify and lock high-potential retail locations
- Drive store rollouts with aggressive but disciplined timelines
- Own expansion numbers, city-level revenue targets & ROI
- Build and lead a performance-obsessed sales team
- Create repeatable systems — not chaos-driven growth
This is a P&L-impact role.
You will be accountable for numbers.

Who Should Apply
You should only apply if:
- You’ve scaled a QSR or retail network 3X–5X
- You understand FOCO beyond theory — you’ve executed it
- You can evaluate franchisee quality in 30 minutes
- You understand store-level economics deeply
- You negotiate hard but build long-term relationships
- You think in systems, not excuses
Experience:
8–15 years in QSR / retail growth
Minimum 5+ years hands-on FOCO expansion leadership
