Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary projects from initiation to completion.
Liaise with Government departments, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders for effective project execution.
Prepare project plans, work schedules, progress reports, presentations, and documentation.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards.
Facilitate meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and track action points.
Ensure compliance with Government guidelines, contractual obligations, and project requirements.
Support preparation of DPRs, proposals, technical reports, and project submissions.
Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Review project performance and prepare periodic MIS and status reports.
Support procurement, consultant coordination, and contract management activities whenever required.
