Purpose
To provide strategic, operational, and spiritual leadership for all Prayer Towers across India, ensuring excellence in prayer ministry, people management, service delivery, outreach, compliance, infrastructure, and operational effectiveness in alignment with the vision and mission of Jesus Calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the operations of all Prayer Towers across India.
- Ensure consistent implementation of ministry standards, SOPs, service quality, and operational excellence across all centers.
- Strengthen prayer ministry effectiveness and ensure a spiritually vibrant environment in every Prayer Tower.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Prayer Intercessors, managers, and ministry teams.
- Monitor Prayer Tower performance through KPIs, audits, reviews, and regular field visits.
- Drive outreach initiatives, partner engagement, ministry programs, and local networking activities.
- Ensure effective handling of prayer requests, counselling, follow-up, and visitor care services.
- Oversee manpower planning, workforce productivity, staff development, and succession planning.
- Manage budgets, cost optimization, resource utilization, and operational efficiency across Prayer Towers.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Administration, IT, Security, and Facilities teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory requirements, and reporting standards.
- Identify opportunities for Prayer Tower expansion and strengthening ministry presence in new locations.
- Prepare strategic plans, annual operating plans, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Theology, Social Work, Administration, or related field.
- 12–20 years of experience in multi-location operations, ministry leadership, service operations, hospitality, customer service, or nonprofit organizations.
- Experience in managing large teams across multiple locations is essential.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
