Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with 4–5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and DAX, with the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reports and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and optimize data models for reporting and analytics.
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
- Create calculated columns, measures, KPIs, and advanced DAX expressions.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage Power BI workspaces.
- Schedule data refreshes and troubleshoot report performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business intelligence solutions.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation of BI solutions.
Must-Have Skills
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
- Strong experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
- Expertise in DAX and Power Query (M Language).
- Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries.
- Experience with data modeling (Star Schema & Snowflake Schema).
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.
- Good understanding of ETL concepts and data transformation.
