Role: Oversee quality control for hard-shell luggage (ABS/Polycarbonate) production from raw materials to final shipment.
Key Duties: Develop & enforce QC procedures for shells, zippers, handles, wheels, locks
- Supervise QC inspectors and train staff on quality standards
- Analyses defect logs, implement corrective actions, handle customer complaints
- Maintain quality records and report to senior management .
- Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s in engineering/quality management/business Experience: 5+ years in QA/manufacturing (luggage industry preferred) Skills: Attention to detail, data analysis, leadership, communication
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
