Are you a high-energy graduate looking to kickstart a lucrative career in sales? We are looking for motivated, aggressive, and result-oriented Freshers to join our team as Inside Sales Executives in HSR Layout, Bangalore.
In this role, you will receive training to handle student counseling, lead conversion, end-to-end sales cycles, and achieve monthly revenue targets for our educational programs, certification courses, and study abroad services. Mandatory Criteria
Location: Must be currently based in Bangalore (This is a strict 100% on-site, work-from-office role; no remote options).
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 years of experience.
Mindset: Must have a strong interest in building a career in a pure, target-driven sales environment.
Communication: Exceptional verbal English communication skills are absolutely mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound student leads efficiently via phone calls and emails.
Learn about our professional courses, certifications, and academic programs to guide prospective students accurately.
Manage the entry-level sales cycle: Lead Connect ➔ Counseling ➔ Closure ➔ Payment Follow-up.
Meet daily talk-time metrics and work towards achieving monthly revenue/sales targets.
Update data regularly in the CRM database and maintain a clean sales pipeline.
Conduct enthusiastic telephonic and virtual counseling sessions to convince prospects.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant educational programs where applicable.
Required Skills & Attributes
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command over the English language (additional regional language skills are a plus).
A target-oriented, highly competitive, and resilient mindset.
Ability to handle objections confidently and stay positive under pressure.
Quick learner who can easily adapt to sales processes and CRM tools.
Preferred Educational Background
Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree (BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, etc.).
Prior internship experience in sales, customer support, or telecalling is a major advantage but not mandatory.
