Job Overview
Inmogic Technologies is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Executive to manage lead generation, client communication, and sales conversions through remote channels. The role involves engaging with prospects, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Qualify leads and understand client requirements to generate business opportunities.
- Present company services and solutions effectively to prospects.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Schedule meetings/demos for the Business Development or Sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign alignment and lead nurturing.
- Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes and client handling.
- Ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
