Job Summary
Megathil is One of our Premium Clients is Hiring looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with at least 2 year of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and building brand awareness. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends, content strategy, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and manage content primarily for Instagram, while supporting LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Write engaging captions, social media copy, and campaign content.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance using analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, hashtags, reels, memes, and platform algorithm changes.
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages.
- Coordinate with clients for content approvals, feedback, and campaign updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing business or brand social media accounts.
- Strong knowledge of content creation, community management, and social media analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Later, or similar scheduling tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO, paid social media advertising, and influencer marketing.
- Experience creating engaging Reels and short-form video content.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
