- Promote the Arbitration Centre to corporates, MSMEs, banks, finance companies (NBFCs), housing finance companies, insurance companies, industry associations, government organizations, and public sector undertakings.
- Develop strategic relationships with banks, finance companies, asset reconstruction companies (ARCs), microfinance institutions, leasing companies, and fintech organizations to encourage institutional arbitration for commercial and financial disputes.
- Identify and approach finance companies to empanel the Arbitration Centre for recovery-related disputes, loan agreement arbitration, and commercial contract dispute resolution.
- Encourage financial institutions to incorporate the Arbitration Centre's arbitration clause in their loan agreements, vendor contracts, and commercial agreements.
Marketing & Client Acquisition
- Conduct awareness meetings and presentations for banks, finance companies, NBFCs, housing finance companies, and corporate legal teams on the benefits of institutional arbitration.
- Generate referrals from advocates, recovery agents, legal consultants, chartered accountants, company secretaries, and financial institutions.
