Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented State Head to lead our sales operations, distributor network, and business development activities across the assigned state. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, developing channel partners, and achieving business targets in the Animal Feed, Cattle Feed, Agricultural Inputs, Fertilizers, Pesticides, Seeds, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute state-level sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Expand market presence and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking.
- Ensure timely collections and outstanding management.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams for business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 8–15 years of sales experience.
- Experience in Animal Feed, Cattle Feed, Poultry Feed, Fertilizers, Pesticides, Seeds, Agri Inputs, or FMCG Rural Distribution.
- Strong distributor management and team handling skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the state.

Job Summary

Job Summary
The Zonal Sales Manager will oversee sales performance within the assigned zone and drive business expansion through effective distributor management and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive zonal sales growth and market expansion.
- Manage distributors and key channel partners.
- Lead and mentor Territory Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers.
- Develop and implement sales plans for the zone.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure achievement of sales and collection targets.
- Strengthen customer and dealer relationships.
- Conduct regular market visits and team reviews.

- 7–12 years of sales experience.
