Role Overview: We are looking for a high-performing Analyst/SRA to join our dynamic Primary Research team. This is an individual contributor role where you will take ownership of end-to-end expert recruitment, connecting with top industry professionals across Healthcare, ICT, Chemicals & Materials, and Energy & Sustainability domains.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end expert recruitment, sourcing ~20 high-quality experts per month for client projects
- Leverage domain understanding to identify and engage the most relevant industry professionals
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align project objectives and expert requirements
- Build strong outreach strategies using LinkedIn, databases, and networking channels
- Track performance metrics using Excel and internal tools to ensure delivery excellence
- Maintain high data accuracy and compliance standards throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
- 3-6 years in expert recruitment or market research with strong domain exposure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in LinkedIn, databases, and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
