- MEP/Structural Coordination: Ability to integrate and align architectural plans with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. [1, 2]

- Team Leadership: Capacity to mentor junior architects and draftsmen, manage workflows, and oversee the distribution of project tasks. [1]

Design & Conceptual Skills
- Spatial Planning: A keen eye for proportion, scale, and spatial flow to convert rough briefs into functional, visually appealing designs.
