Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Accountant to join our team in Hadapsar, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting budgeting and financial planning activities. This role requires strong accounting expertise, proficiency in financial software, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
- Reconcile accounts and monitor financial transactions.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Assist with audits and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong accounting knowledge, including financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role and should have knowledge in payroll
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
