Job Title: Senior Manager / HOD – Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)Role Overview
The Senior Manager / HOD – CSR will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives aligned with organizational goals and sustainable development priorities. The role focuses on CSR strategy, business development, stakeholder engagement, project execution, and impact assessment while building partnerships with corporates, government agencies, NGOs, and implementation partners. The incumbent will drive high-impact community development projects across education, skill development, livelihood, environment, healthcare, and sustainability sectors.
Key ResponsibilitiesCSR Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with the organization's vision, business objectives, and statutory CSR requirements.
- Identify high-impact CSR opportunities and create sustainable community development programs.
- Prepare annual CSR plans, budgets, and implementation roadmaps.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and secure CSR funding opportunities from corporates, PSUs, foundations, and donor agencies.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate CSR heads, government departments, NGOs, and development partners.
- Prepare proposals, concept notes, presentations, and CSR project documentation.
CSR Project Management
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of CSR projects across multiple locations.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure compliance with agreed objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with corporate partners, government bodies, NGOs, educational institutions, and community organizations.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, CSR forums, conferences, and partnership discussions.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat engagements and long-term partnerships.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Track project outcomes, impact indicators, and key performance metrics.
- Prepare progress reports, impact assessment reports, utilization reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with CSR policies, regulatory guidelines, and donor reporting requirements.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor project teams to ensure effective implementation and operational excellence.
- Foster collaboration across internal departments for successful project execution.
- Drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of CSR regulations, sustainability, ESG principles, and community development.
- Proven experience in CSR business development, proposal writing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and impact assessment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, Development Studies, Management, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Experience: 8–15 years of experience in CSR, development sector, sustainability, NGO management, or corporate social responsibility.
- Experience working with corporates, CSR foundations, government agencies, and donor-funded projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
