Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript frameworks and responsive design principles.
- In-depth knowledge of backend development, including server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment strategies, particularly within Amazon Web Services environments.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures that support evolving business needs.
- Experience working within agile development teams, utilizing iterative development and continuous integration practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
