We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and career-focused Business Development Trainees who are eager to gain practical experience in sales, student engagement, campus relations, and business development. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the EdTech industry while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Student Outreach & Lead Generation
Assist in generating student leads through online and offline promotional activities.
Support awareness campaigns and marketing initiatives in educational institutions.
Maintain and update lead databases.
Follow up with prospective students under the guidance of senior team members.
Campus Engagement
Assist in visiting colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
Support coordination with placement cells, faculty members, HODs, and student coordinators.
Help organize campus events, promotional campaigns, and student engagement activities.
Orientation Programs & Events
Assist in planning and coordinating orientation programs, seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
Support presentations about the company's programs and services.
Ensure smooth event execution and participant engagement.
Business Development Support
Assist the Business Development team in identifying new institutional opportunities.
Support partnership-building initiatives with colleges and training institutes.
Help maintain relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily activity reports and maintain CRM records.
Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams for campaign execution.
Track assigned tasks and complete them within deadlines.

Any Graduate or MBA (Pursuing/Completed).

₹10,000 per month
