I. Job Summary
The HR Tech Application Support Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support, planning for releases and upgrades and managing projects/enhancements for assigned HR system(s)/module(s). Provides strategic and tactical consultation and input on design options supporting processes/transactions. Plans with Functional Owners, Release Management and OCM to align resources and scope to milestones. Engaging and hands on leader with system expertise and experience.
II. Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Skills Required

Proficiency in writing Fast Formulas for Payroll & Core HR.

Designing and configuring complex Fast Formulas for Payroll, OTL, Absence.
- OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) Reporting

Expertise in building OTBI reports specifically for Payroll.

Building dashboards to provide HR and business leaders with actionable insights into workforce planning and development.
- BIP (BI Publisher) Reports

Experience in creating detailed BIP reports and notifications.

Ability to write SQL queries to extract data.

Proficiency in performance tuning of SQL based reports.

Experience creating loopback integrations leveraging Payroll flows and BIP reports.
- HCM Extracts

Ability to configure HCM Extracts to extract data specific to Payroll and other areas.

Expertise in setting up complex extraction rules and workflows to transfer data from Fusion HCM to downstream systems and other applications.
- HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheets

Proficiency in bulk data uploads and migration for Payroll objects like Element entries and balance adjustment into Oracle Fusion.

Ability to map and validate data conversion for critical employee data, ensuring accurate transfer from third-party applications.
- Integrations:

Hands-on experience in integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party systems (e.g., Time Management System, Benefit Vendors) leveraging Oracle API’s and BIP reports.

Hands-on experience in creating, configuring, and invoking SOAP-based web service jobs within Oracle Fusion HCM for data integration, automation, and interaction with external systems

Ability to orchestrate workflows for Core HR & Payroll using OIC and implement real-time or batch integrations.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Minimum Six (6) years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience
