Bhavya Classes Digital is seeking a Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in expanding our student base. In this IC (individuals contribution) role, the individual will need to develop persuasive value propositions, build cohesive GTM(go to market ) plans to drive growth, and work cross-functionally to ensure success in our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Go-to-Market Plans
- Develop and implement 360° marketing plans for new product (course) launches leveraging Performance Print, Flyers, etc.
- Work cross-functionally across Category, Product, Academic and internal Marketing teams to align GTM strategies with business objectives and consumer needs.
- Experiment with creative ideas to generate organic traffic and deliver high quality leads.
2. Value Proposition Development
- Create and articulate clear, compelling value propositions for our courses and offerings.
- Work closely with Category, Product, and Faculty to understand course features and benefits, and translate them into customer-centric messaging.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive communication & alignment with relevant stakeholders on marketing plans & timelines.
4. Campaign Management and Performance Tracking
- Monitor business trends and adapt campaigns based on spikes & dips in sales.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
5. Market Understanding
- Develop a strong understanding of student needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of competitions’ offerings and marketing tactics.
Skills:
- Proven track record of building GTM plans & scaling customer bases from 1 to 10 through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional analytical skills - using insights to shape marketing strategies.
- Ability to multitask effectively while being highly organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity without losing attention to detail.
- Comfortable speaking in English and Hindi.
- Qualifications:
- Graduation with 1-3 years of experience in Marketing on consumer brands.
- Hands on experience building activations across digital and offline channels.
