Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce website using content management systems such as WordPress, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns utilizing SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools to boost visibility and sales.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for search engines using SEO tools to improve organic rankings.
- Create engaging content including product descriptions, blog posts, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts that resonate with target audiences.
- Analyze website performance through Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to identify opportunities for conversion optimization and performance marketing improvements.
- Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop to produce compelling visual content for digital channels.
- Monitor social media management platforms to engage with customers, manage campaigns, and track social media marketing effectiveness across channels like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Implement technical updates using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL as needed to enhance website features and ensure optimal performance.
- Track campaign results, generate reports on key metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI (Return on Investment).
Requirements
- Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms with proficiency in WordPress or similar content management systems.
- Strong understanding of SEO strategies, tools, keyword research techniques, and best practices for conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms including Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and SEM campaigns.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website customization and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Skilled in content creation—writing compelling copy that drives engagement—and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking website traffic and analyzing user behavior to inform marketing decisions.
- Experience in social media management across multiple platforms combined with expertise in social media marketing tactics.
- Ability to utilize marketing automation tools for email marketing campaigns and customer segmentation strategies.
