About the Role
We are looking for someone who genuinely understands meme culture, internet trends, virality, and audience behavior across social media platforms.
You will help build and execute a meme-driven content and distribution system focused on organic reach, engagement, and viral growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop meme-based growth and viral content strategies
- Identify trending formats, hooks, and internet conversations
- Create relatable and shareable meme/content ideas
- Coordinate with editors, creators, and page managers
- Help scale meme distribution across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X/Twitter, and other platforms
- Stay updated with trends, meme formats, pop culture, and social media algorithms
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of meme culture and internet behavior
- Good sense of virality and audience psychology
- Fast ideation and execution
- Understanding of Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X/Twitter ecosystems
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience
- 1–2+ years experience preferred
- Experience running meme pages is a plus
Laptop is mandatory
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
