We are seeking a motivated IT support professional with at least 2-3 years of experience in endpoint administration and technical support. The ideal candidate has solid hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft infrastructure (Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Servers). You should have strong networking knowledge, experience with incident and change management, and excellent communication skills. Flexibility, a proactive attitude, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment are essential. Certifications like Azure or Endpoint Administrator are a plus, as well as scripting skills and familiarity with virtualization and security concepts.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide specialized Level 2 technical support for services delivered to clients, taking over tickets escalated by the Service Desk and driving them to resolution within contractual SLAs.
- Analyze incidents, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and decide the technical solution — restoring service fast through a workaround when needed, then following through with a permanent fix.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID: identities, groups, licensing, access policies, MFA, Conditional Access, Purview, Defender Solutions.
- Manage endpoints through Microsoft Intune: enrolment, application deployment, compliance and security baselines, Windows 10/11 lifecycle.
- Administer on-premises Microsoft infrastructure where required: Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, Windows Servers, Domain Controllers.
- Support software deployments, updates and patching, including testing before rollout across client environments.
- Own the documentation required to take a new service into support: service inventory/assessment (applications, network, servers), HLD, and the Maintenance Manual — validated together with the L3 team and the client.
- Actively contribute to the Knowledge Base with Knowledge Articles, so solutions scale across all support teams.
- Get involved in Professional Services project implementations, absorbing the knowledge that you will later apply in maintenance and support of those services.
- Act as backup for the Level 3 team during holidays, trainings and peak periods, and escalate to L3 or other Orange teams what falls outside L2 scope.
- Manage communication with clients on tickets and with all support teams involved.
- Maintain accurate hardware and software asset inventory across the environments you support.
What you'll need to know/have:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in IT support, endpoint administration, or a similar L1/L2 technical role.
- Engineering or technical studies are preferred.
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), Entra ID and Intune.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure administration: Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Servers, Domain Controllers.
- Very good networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, ACLs, web filtering.
- Proven experience with incident and change management processes, ticketing tools and SLA-driven work.
- Strong analytical thinking, organization, time management and prioritization — you decide what matters first when three things are burning.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills, both in technical discussions and directly with clients.
- Flexibility and appetite for variety: this role moves between support, documentation, project work.
- Advanced English skills.
- Availability for paid overtime [4-16 hours / month].
Nice to have (if you don't know it, we will teach you):
- Microsoft certifications: Azure Administrator Associate, Endpoint Administrator Associate, Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
- PowerShell scripting for administration, reporting and bulk operations.
- Linux operating system administration.
- Virtualization basics (VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V).
- Security and governance concepts: Zero Trust, least privilege, compliance baselines.
- Experience working in a multi-client / managed services delivery model.
