Job Role:
- To achieve annual sales target.
- Follow ups on payments through cheques/fund transfer within credit period.
- Submission of accurate sale forecast diligently and on time. Reporting of actual consumption, accurately and on time.
- Conduct promotional activities for end users - especially field demonstrations, field tours and meetings.
- Independently conduct channel management on county retailer network. To conduct competitive channel strategy, including implementing specific projects, to improve retailer coverage and wallet share, and to reduce layer numbers.
- To map out market segments, including big growers’ information, and propose business opportunities. To independently develop newly identified target segments.
- Following company’s strategy and approach, with support, to develop business and manage customer relations of big farmers and farms.
- To report complaints in time, conduct investigation on the complaint with related functions together, and cooperate with stakeholders and negotiate with complaining party on solution for general complaint.
Education & Experience:
- Min. Graduate Degree in Agricultural Sciences or Business Administration
- Excellent influencing and communication skills, able to build working relationships with all levels of customers and leadership
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the same field
