Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and professional Account Executive to manage day-to-day business operations, client coordination, reporting, account handling, and administrative support activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, computer knowledge, and the ability to handle operational responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
The role requires coordination with internal teams, maintaining operational records, handling client communication, and supporting business growth activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Operations & Coordination
- Handle day-to-day operational and administrative activities
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments
- Support management with operational reporting and documentation
- Maintain proper records, files, and business data
- Follow up with clients regarding updates, payments, services, and documentation
- Account & Reporting Management
- Maintain basic accounts and operational reports
- Handle invoicing, billing coordination, and payment follow-ups
- Update spreadsheets, MIS reports, and business records
- Assist in preparing operational and sales reports
- Ensure accuracy of business and account-related data
- Client Communication & Support
- Handle client communication through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Coordinate customer requirements with operations team
- Maintain professional client relationships
- Support issue resolution and service coordination
Digital & Office Support
- Work on MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and online systems
- Maintain confidential company and client data
- Support online coordination and reporting activities
- Accounts & Financial Operations
- Handle day-to-day accounting and business transaction records
- Maintain invoices, billing records, payment tracking, and expense reports
- Support bookkeeping and account reconciliation activities
- Coordinate payment follow-ups and vendor/client account management
- Maintain proper financial documentation and operational records
GST & Compliance Responsibilities
- Handle basic GST-related coordination and documentation
- Assist in GST billing, invoice verification, and record maintenance
- Coordinate compliance-related tasks and document collection
- Maintain business compliance records and operational documentation
- Support statutory, registration, and administrative compliance work
- Coordinate with CA/accounting consultants whenever required
MIS & Reporting Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Handle data entry, spreadsheet management, and reporting accuracy
- Create operational and business performance reports
- Maintain business dashboards, records, and data tracking systems
- Generate reports using Excel and online reporting tools
- Government Portal & Software Handling
- Candidates should have basic working knowledge or learning capability for:
- GST portal
- MCA/basic compliance portals
- Government registration/documentation platforms
- Online business compliance systems
- Digital documentation and online filing support
- Accounting & Computer Tools
- Practical knowledge preferred in:
- MS Excel (important)
- Google Sheets
- MS Word
- Email handling
- Tally or similar accounting software
- Online accounting and reporting systems
- Internet and documentation tools
- Client & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, operations teams, and management
- Handle professional communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Support administrative and operational business activities
- Maintain confidential company and client information
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Commerce, Accounts, BBA, Management, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and reporting knowledge mandatory
- Basic accounting and operational understanding required
- Candidates should be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Experience Required
- Minimum 6 Months to 2 Years experience preferred
- Experience in any of the following areas will be an advantage:

- Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or related field

- Candidates with coordination and reporting experience preferred

- Based on experience, skills, and last drawn salary
