Position: Head – Accounts & Finance
Department: Finance & Accounts, Manufacturing unit only
Location: Greater Noida
Experience: 8–15 years
Reporting To: Management / Director
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Accounts & Finance function of the organization.
- Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and financial transactions.
- Supervise accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor and client ledgers.
- Ensure timely vendor/client ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, MSME and other statutory compliances.
- Handle GST returns, TDS returns, reconciliations and statutory payments.
- Manage bank reconciliation, cash flow and fund management.
- Prepare and review monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet and other financial reports.
- Monitor receivables, payables and outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely payment to vendors and follow-up for customer collections.
- Handle MSME-related cases and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and clients.
- Supervise and guide the Accounts team and ensure work is completed within timelines.
- Review payroll, salary deductions, PF/ESI and employee-related financial records.
- Establish proper internal controls and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support management in financial planning, budgeting, costing and decision-making.
- Ensure all accounting records are maintained accurately and are audit-ready.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance
- Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF & ESI
- Strong experience in MSME compliance
- Expertise in vendor/client reconciliation
- Experience in finalization of accounts
- Strong knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Good command of Tally / ERP / Excel
- Team management and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate
Candidate should have 8–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in infrastructure, construction, manufacturing or a similar industry, with proven experience independently managing the Accounts & Finance function and leading a team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
