Position: Assistant Professor – Medical-Surgical Nursing

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Medical-Surgical Nursing subjects to undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and conduct lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions.
- Guide and supervise students during clinical postings and laboratory sessions.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic activities.
- Mentor and counsel students on academic and professional matters.
- Conduct and support nursing research, publications, and seminars.
- Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
- Attend faculty meetings, workshops, conferences, and training programs.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. Nursing with specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing.
- Registration with the relevant Nursing Council.
- Prior teaching or clinical experience preferred.
Skills Required:
- Strong teaching and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clinical expertise in Medical-Surgical Nursing.
- Research and academic writing skills.
- Ability to guide and mentor students effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
