Job Title: Freight Broker / Logistics Coordinator

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST

Who Can Apply?
- Candidates with Customer Service, BPO, International Voice Process, or Sales experience.
- Fresh graduates from any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred).
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST).
- A positive attitude, learning mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate U.S.-based freight movements between shippers and carriers
- Negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective transportation
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates
- Handle client communications and resolve logistics issues
- Use CRM and TMS software systems for operational tasks
- Meet daily performance targets and maintain documentation
