- Supervise daily operations of the nursery and greenhouse.
- Manage plant propagation, potting, transplanting, pruning, and dispatch.
- Monitor irrigation, fertigation, and greenhouse climate (temperature, humidity, ventilation, and shading).
- Ensure healthy plant growth through proper crop care and maintenance.
- Identify and control pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Supervise and allocate daily work to nursery staff and laborers.
- Maintain production, inventory, and dispatch records.
- Ensure availability of nursery materials, fertilizers, pesticides, and consumables.
- Monitor greenhouse equipment, irrigation systems, and infrastructure.
- Maintain high standards of plant quality and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and HR teams to achieve operational targets.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Floriculture, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in nursery, greenhouse, or commercial horticulture operations.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation, fertigation, greenhouse climate control, and crop management.
- Experience in pest and disease management.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under production targets and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and MS Office).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
