Field Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Valueline’s luxury product portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing customer relationships, visiting clients and project sites, and achieving assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, dealers, and potential customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and support customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Identify new projects and track business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, and customer support.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a related role; experience in the same industry will be preferred.
- Experience in luxury products, sanitary ware, bath fittings, tiles, flooring, modular products, or building materials will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to meet customers, visit project sites, and travel within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and sales closure skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting tools and CRM systems.
- Valid driving license and personal vehicle preferred.
