Roles & Responsibility –
Position Details – E- Commerce Executive – South East Asia
- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across Shopee and Lazada for Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines, ensuring smooth daily business operations.
- Handle product operations, including product listing, catalog creation, content optimization, SKU management, pricing, inventory updates, vouchers, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Ads, Search Ads, Display Ads, Flash Sales, and Mega Campaigns to maximize sales and ROI.
- Monitor marketplace performance by analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPC, ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, sales, traffic, and conversions, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace account managers to ensure timely order fulfillment, inventory availability, issue resolution, and compliance with marketplace policies.
- Identify growth opportunities through competitor analysis, pricing strategies, campaign planning, and continuous optimization to improve marketplace visibility, sales performance, and profitability.
Preferred Candidates –
- Hands-on experience with Shopee Seller Centre and Lazada Seller Centre for South East Asian marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of product listing, catalog management, vouchers, promotions, marketplace advertising, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Advanced Excel, reporting dashboards, and KPI analysis (CTR, CVR, ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC).

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
