We are looking for a Backend Developer to strengthen our development team, drive innovation and great user experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Backend Development & APIs
- Assist in building and maintaining backend services and APIs.
- Work on features like messaging workflows, campaign management, user authentication, and analytics.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code under guidance.
2. Database Management
- Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage data efficiently.
- Write basic queries and optimize them for performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and security.
3. Integration & System Support
- Support integration with third-party services such as WhatsApp APIs and other tools.
- Help in debugging issues and fixing bugs in backend systems.
- Monitor system performance and assist in resolving technical issues.
4. Learning & Collaboration
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and senior engineers.
- Actively learn best practices in backend development, system design, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical knowledge)
- Programming Knowledge: Basic understanding of at least one backend language (Node.js, Python etc.)
- Framework Basics - Basic understanding of Adonis framework
- Database Basics: Familiarity with PostgreSQL(queries, joins, basic optimization)
- API Concepts: Understanding of REST APIs and how they work
- Problem-Solving: Logical thinking and willingness to learn
- Version Control: Basic knowledge of Git
Good to Have
- Hands-on experience through projects, internships, or coursework
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
- Understanding of authentication systems (JWT, OAuth)
- Exposure to real-time systems or messaging platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,300.91 - ₹25,000.00 per month
