Job Responsibilities
- Generate international business through Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and similar platforms.
- Search and identify relevant projects daily.
- Write customized proposals and submit competitive bids.
- Communicate with international clients.
- Understand client requirements and convert leads into projects.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Coordinate with the technical and digital marketing teams.
- Maintain CRM and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly revenue and project acquisition targets.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience on Upwork/Fiverr/Freelancer.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication.
- Strong proposal writing skills.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Website Development, SEO, AI Services, Graphic Design, or Software Projects.
- Experience in lead generation and client handling.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
