Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst who can play a key role in driving sales and business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in business analysis to gain hands-on experience and grow within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, lead generation activities, and industry analysis.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and qualify opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions, proposals, presentations, and business cases.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to support sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline, client interactions, and opportunity progress through CRM systems.
- Support RFP/RFI responses, client meetings, discovery workshops, and solution discussions throughout the presales cycle.
- Analyze business and sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and long-term business expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies.
