Designation :- TM - Franchisee Development
Timing :- 10 -7 , Monday to saturday.
1 Overall responsibility for franchisee acquisition and development, including sales, marketing and Quality management standards in accordance with H3 Preschool LLP Policy.
2 Managing lead development and franchise sales of H3 Pre-school and Sampling in the entire Gujarat
3 Assisting franchise center for proper premises identification, and designing school according to the H3 standard. Recruiting and tainting of staff, launch and promotion of the school and scheduling of batches.
4 Responsibilities include but not limited to management and nurture of the franchise centers in the state and ensuring the performance of the employees of Franchise Centers.
5 Promoting brand image through media advertisements and appointing new business partners to increase sales.
6 Studying the changes in market and evolving a method of capitalizing on the changing Scenario in line with sales projection and budget parameters.
7 Reporting to Zonal Manager (HO - Ahmedabad)
