We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Agent with proven experience in the US Auto Parts industry to handle both inbound and outbound sales calls.
The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with US customers, closing deals over calls, and generating revenue through auto parts sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers looking for auto parts.
- Perform outbound follow-ups on leads generated via website, ads & CRM
- Understand customer requirements (Make, Model, Year, Engine/Transmission type)
- Provide accurate quotes and close sales over the phone
- Build trust with customers using product knowledge and communication skills
- Maintain and update leads in CRM system
- Coordinate with sourcing and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements Mandatory:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in US sales process
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales with deal values above normal call-center sales
- Strong track record of meeting monthly sales targets and closing revenue consistently
- Experience selling over calls to US customers
- Excellent English communication skills with confidence in handling US customers
- Strong ability to close deals over calls, follow up aggressively, and convert warm leads
- Experience in inbound and outbound sales
- Comfortable working in night shift / US business hours
- Must be target-driven, money-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment
Preferred:
- Experience in auto parts, used engines, used transmissions, salvage yards, or automotive sales
- Knowledge of VIN decoding, engine specs, transmission types, vehicle fitment
- Experience selling products/services priced between $1,000–$5,000+
- Experience using CRM tools and maintaining proper follow-up records
- Candidates with proven sales numbers, previous incentives earned, or target achievement records will be preferred
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary + Amazing Incentives per Sale

Important Note:
We are looking for serious sales professionals only. This role is not for freshers or average callers. We need someone who has already worked in US sales, handled high-value customers, achieved targets, and knows how to close deals confidently over calls.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
