- Conduct routine testing of electrical control panels, MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD, APFC, and automation panels.
- Verify panel wiring, component ratings, terminal connections, and assembly quality.
- Perform insulation resistance (IR), continuity, high-voltage (Hi-Pot), and functional testing.
- Check control logic, PLC I/O signals, interlocks, and communication protocols.
- Validate panel operation as per approved electrical drawings and customer specifications.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify testing-related issues before dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain testing reports, inspection records, and checklists.
- Ensure all test certificates and quality documents are completed accurately.
- Maintain records of non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Ensure panels comply with IEC, IS, and applicable industry standards.
- Follow quality management procedures and safety guidelines.
- Participate in internal quality audits and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Quality teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support customer inspections and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
- Provide feedback to manufacturing and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in control panel manufacturing, testing, or electrical quality assurance.
- Freshers with strong electrical fundamentals may also be considered.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of electrical control panels, power distribution systems, and automation panels.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, GA drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, and industrial automation systems.
- Familiarity with testing equipment such as:
- Multimeter
- Clamp Meter
- Megger
- Hi-Pot Tester
- Phase Sequence Meter
- Understanding of IEC, IS, and electrical safety standards.

- Knowledge of Schneider, Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, or similar automation products.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
