Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Client Success & Partnerships Manager to manage and grow our B2B healthcare training partnerships. This role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare organizations, supporting practical and onsite training programs, and helping expand recurring training partnerships across healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing homes, healthcare groups, and care providers
Act as the main point of contact for healthcare client accounts
Promote Care Learning’s practical and onsite healthcare training services
Coordinate practical training sessions with trainers and internal teams
Support recurring training partnerships and long-term account growth
Identify opportunities for additional compliance and practical training programs
Assist clients with onboarding, scheduling, and training coordination
Maintain CRM records, account updates, and follow-up communication
Work closely with operations, trainers, marketing, and leadership teams
Requirements
2+ years experience in Client Success, Account Management, Business Development, or Healthcare Coordination
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong follow-up abilities
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Professional and solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
