Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join a MNC Company. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for enhancing business processes through the Salesforce platform. Candidates with Salesforce certification will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing settings.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows.
- Build reports and dashboards to support business operations.
- Manage data imports, exports, deduplication, and data quality using Salesforce tools.
- Assist users with Salesforce-related issues and provide timely support.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Support automation using Flow and Process Builder.
- Ensure Salesforce security, data integrity, and system compliance.
- Maintain documentation for configurations and processes.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Salesforce CRM.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Administration concepts.
- Experience with Reports & Dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
- Knowledge of User Management and Security.
- Familiarity with Data Loader and data management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn new Salesforce features quickly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is Preferable.
- 0–2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a related Salesforce role.
- Internship or project experience in Salesforce is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Experience.
- Familiarity with integrations using REST APIs is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
