"’ Cisco VoIP experience and Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required.
- Responsible for providing L1 & L2 level technical support for enterprise Cisco VoIP/Collaboration infrastructure.
- Able to Provide Tier 2/3 support for day-to-day operational incidents of clients. Utilizes good troubleshooting skills to quickly provide quality resolutions during outage of IPT services.
- Must have good understanding and Knowledge on CISCO Collaboration(VoIP/IP Telephony) product suites such as – CUCM(9.x to 12.5 versions), CUC, Expressways, Voice Gateways.
- Experience in Implementing & Troubleshooting – CUCM, CUC, Voice Gateways & ISP Trunks - E1/T1 ISDN Trunks, SIP Trunks
- Deployment of Cisco phones and Route patterns, Translation Pattern, Hunt-group, CSS, Partitions,Bulk Creation,SNR, MVA
- Must have good Knowledge in voice control protocols like SIP, H323 / Video Protocol and should be able to analyse and troubleshoot debug logs.
- Must have knowledge for Analysing designing and troubleshooting enterprise collaboration networks (AVCN)
- Must have Knowledge and troubleshooting on Cisco Webex Meeting / Calling and control hub.
- Ability to adequately discuss technical issues related to AVCN endpoints set up and troubleshooting with technicians, engineers, and vendors.
- Good knowledge and understanding on Video Products including Cisco Endpoints ( DX70/80, Mini room Kit, webex Kit, webex Kit + etc ), Infrastructure including Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Meeting Server.
