Techbyheart is looking for a proactive and well-organized ADMIN cum Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and support administrative activities at our Chennai center. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle day-to-day office coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations and greet visitors professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain student records and administrative documentation
- Support admissions coordination and basic follow-ups
- Assist in day-to-day office administration and coordination
- Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for students and visitors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in admin/front office role (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Well-organized and presentable
