A Patient Relationship Executive is responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience by coordinating between patients, doctors, and hospital departments.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend and assist patients and their attendants in a professional manner.
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Ensure excellent patient satisfaction and service experience.
- Guide patients regarding treatments, procedures, packages, and hospital services.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
- Maintain patient records and update data in the hospital management system.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with patients regarding treatment and recovery.
- Support admission and discharge processes when required.
- Assist in patient counselling and treatment coordination.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient support.
- Ensure timely communication regarding appointments, reports, and treatment plans.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.
- Build long-term relationships with patients for retention and referrals.
- Prepare daily reports related to patient coordination and feedback.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
