We are seeking a skilled CNC Bending Setter (Press Brake Setter) to program, set up, and operate CNC press brake machines for precision sheet metal bending.
Responsibility:
- Set punches and dies according to job requirements.
- Perform machine setup for new parts and changeovers.
- Adjust machine parameters for accurate bending.
- Create, modify, and optimize bending programs.
- Calculate bend allowance and bend deduction.
- Support operators during production.
- Ensure production targets are achieved.
- Minimize rework and rejection.
- Follow 5S practice and safety procedures.
- Perform basic machine and tooling maintenance checks.
Requirement :
- Strong knowledge of CNC Press Brake setup.
- Ability to read engineering and sheet metal drawings.
- Knowledge of bend calculations and tooling selection.
- Experience in CNC programming and troubleshooting.
- Ability to use measuring instruments and angle gauges.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
