About Mentry
Mentry provides technical training solutions to colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate organizations. We are currently hiring Aptitude & Soft Skills Trainers for upcoming classroom and online training programs in Chennai.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Aptitude and Soft Skills training sessions to students and professionals.
- Conduct classroom or online training as assigned.
- Prepare presentations, practice exercises, assessments, and interactive learning activities.
- Help participants improve their quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, communication, and interview skills through practical sessions.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and personality development sessions.
- Coordinate with the Mentry team regarding training schedules and assignments.
- Maintain professional communication and punctuality.

Requirements
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching, training, or relevant industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to conduct training sessions independently.
- Willingness to travel for offline training assignments when required.

- Pay: ₹1,000–₹3,000 per day, depending on the training domain, duration, and experience.
