Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Reporting To: Marketing Manager
Role Purpose
Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives to enhance the hospital's brand presence, patient engagement, and service promotion across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Create and publish digital content for the website and social media channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytics reports.
- Optimize website traffic, lead generation, and patient engagement.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistent hospital branding across all digital platforms.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of digital marketing experience in a hospital or healthcare organization (mandatory).
Skills
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
- Strong communication, content creation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
