Key Responsibilities
- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Engaging with prospective clients (cold calling) and handling inquiries from existing customers.
- Sales Generation: Persuading customers to buy, up-sell, or cross-sell products/services to meet daily/monthly targets.
- Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients and creating leads for the sales team.
- Documentation: Updating CRM databases with accurate records of customer interactions and purchases.
- Customer Support: Answering product-related questions and addressing customer concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Persuasion: Proven ability to persuade customers and handle objections.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is often required.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Target Driven: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
