Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Telecallers for lead conversion. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and converting leads into successful enrollments or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with leads through calls
- Explain services clearly and professionally to potential customers
- Convert leads into customers by effective communication
- Maintain records of calls and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly conversion targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and lead conversion
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Candidates should be based in or around Thiruvananthapuram
Additional Requirement:
- Candidates must be willing to visit the company office once a month
