Role Overview
The Head – Accounts & Finance will be responsible for leading the organization’s financial strategy, accounting operations, compliance framework. The role ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, efficient fund management, and supports strategic decision-making through financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end accounting and financial operations
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Strengthen financial controls, policies, and compliance processes
- Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, and audits
- Monitor taxation, regulatory changes, and risk management
- Drive cost control, profitability analysis, and financial efficiency initiatives
- Liaise with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Provide financial insights to support business strategy and decision-making
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts & finance team
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 15–20 years of progressive experience in Accounts & Finance
- Strong expertise in financial management, compliance, and taxation
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting systems
- Strong understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS, TCS, and statutory regulations
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
